Effective leadership is often the difference between organisational failure and success. You depend on your leaders to make critical tactical decisions, respond to market trends, and set strategic vision. Unfortunately, even the best of the best can get in their own way if they’re not aware of their own strengths and shortcomings. But if you give them the tools they need to cultivate strategic self-awareness? They’ll thrive.

Kate is driven to help individuals and organisations master the right skills and strategies to thrive and achieve success now and in the future.

To assist individuals in high performance and leadership development, Kate guides real behaviour change by using evidence-based diagnostics which take an in-depth look at performance capabilities, challenges, and core drivers, helping leaders gain strategic self-awareness to leverage their strengths, avoid behaviours that get in the way of success, and gain insight into the culture they create for their teams based on their motivators and values.

As a person with disability, Kate knows firsthand of the bias and stigma faced by people with disability and works to break down barriers to normalise disability by consulting on disability inclusion and inclusive cultures within organisations.
